About the Role
Empowerment Support Solutions (ESS) works with adults with developmental and mental disabilities to help them live more independent, confident lives. As an Independent Living Support Specialist, you will work one on one with a client in their home and out in the community, helping them learn everyday life skills like cooking simple meals, cleaning their space, using public transportation, managing money, and staying safe. Your role is to support, encourage, and guide clients as they practice these skills in real life, building confidence and independence over time. ESS is currently building its initial team for upcoming client activations. Candidates selected during this phase will be contacted as services go live.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities (paid or lived experience).
- Reliable transportation & smartphone for documentation and communication.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification required (or willing to obtain within 30 days).
- Spanish or bilingual skills are a plus.
